-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relate field -At least 5 years proven work experience in construction and management field -Good inter-personal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff -Good command of English, both spoken and written -Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Excellent organisational skills, such as time and resource planning -Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels -Must be able to prepare and deliver simple training and presentation material
