• Daily key-in of Distributor Sales Order • Process and monitoring of DMS Principle orders • Assist Finance Dept on Unblock Orders • Compile Distributor sales order, stock balance and sales to market • Prepare and compile monthly reports for SLT meeting • Prepare and communicate monthly sales report templates (monthly physical stock count) and daily sales report templates (empty pallets, ABC & Cambrew Distributor reports, Viber report and adhoc reports) • Gatekeepers of Sales Ops & Planning reporting templates and forms (such as GRN and Issue Logs) • Check and compile regional reports • Manage, clarify and answer Distributors queries regarding orders and Distributor trade offers • Raise payment for vendors via NAV’s Material Requisition & Good Received • Ad-hoc assignments from time to time

• Experience 2 year preferable • 20 – 25 • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good English speaking and writing • Flexible, fast learner, and independent • Can keep calm in stressful situations • Team power
