Jobs Description

1. Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and coordination of the administrative activities and procedures of School. 2. To provide and support to the Dean and Program coordinators 3. Manages all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, records and files, academic course scheduling, and meetings and events planning. 4. Facilitates and supports faculty activities. 5. Supports the needs of undergraduate students 6. Coordinates faculty/student orientations, workshops and special events. 7. Serves as liaison on behalf of the Dean to all internal departments and external contacts; assists with all internal and external communications. 8. Provides direct support to the Dean by initiating and/or preparing reports, correspondence, taking minutes/notes and following up on meetings and events. 9. Implements and manages office technology systems and procedures, i.e templates, databases, email etc. 10. Supports new program development, and research and evaluation efforts of the Undergraduate School. 11. Other related duties, responsibilities and tasks will assign by the Dean/KIT Director

Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge of Generally management • Able to work effectively both independently and as a team • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures • Skill in public speaking • Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving Education and Experience: • Bachelor Degree and much preferred of MBA Degree in related field • At least 3-5 years experiences of management level • Preferred for candidates who are experiences in education industrial • Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Power point Internet, e-mail….) - working condition Monday to Friday And provide full accommodation, ( food, stay , transportation,.....)
