Jobs Description

1. Provides of administration for all functions in the School, including administration assistance and academic related administration activities 2. Arrange and schedule School or Program specific meetings in a timely manner 3. Maintain accurate records on course and program administration particularly for the purposes of program accreditation 4. Provide administrative assistance regarding HR-related activities such as recruitment requests and staff work plans. 5. Travel arrangements: organize all work travel arrangements for staff/student within the school 6. Ensure all office equipment is in excellent condition. 7. To ensure that notice board is update 8. Investigate and understand causes for staff/Students absences 9. Ensure the shuttle bus usage is fit to the business purpose 10.Monthly purchase request 11.Make student’s ID card, Support student insurance, Library management and Prepare student contract 12. Arrangement examination and assist lecturer for examination 13. Prepare examination summarize/sheet/Score and submit to back office 14. Other tasks will assign by management

Jobs Requirement

Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures • Good of time management • Good interpersonal skills, including cross cultural communication • Skill in public speaking • Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving Education and Experience: • Bachelor Degree in related field • At least 2-3 years experiences related • Preferred candidate who are experiences in education industrial • Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, and IT sofeware, Internet, e-mail….) - working condition Monday to Friday And provide full accommodation, ( food, stay , transportation,.....)
