- Developing sales strategies and initiatives required to drive sales. - Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals. - Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. - Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. - Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. - Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. - Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. - Follow guideline brief by Managing Director assigned.
