-Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies - Create and update expense reports - Daily record revenue - Issue payment voucher and cash out - Inventory management - Direct control to restaurant - Process reimbursement forms - Seeking proof, document support - Prepare bank deposits - Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree) - Check petty cash in spreadsheets for accuracy - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed - Participate in auditing process internally and externally. - Prepared monthly report. - Other tasks assigned by manager.

-Bachelor degree in Finance/banking or related field - At least experience one-two years in accounting - Good written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese is advantages - Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, Internet, Email - Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning - Ability to build good inter-personal relationships, and work - Able to travel work at restaurant. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and Prioritize work tasks
