• Check cash expenditure and daily revenue report to ensure revenue & cash received or paid are correct • Holding Pety Cash and Make sure that all payments are correctly with the monthly reports. • Check A/R to ensure outstanding balance must be collected on time. • Check on payment to supplier to ensure the payment is correctly paid out. • Prepare Journal entry for monthly transactions. • Prepare fixed asset depreciation calculation. • Monthly check cash and bank balance from reconciled balance. • monthly Tax declaration.

• Bachelor in Finance & Accounting, or related field • At least 2 years experience with account • Knowledge of Quick books accounting system (Quick books Online preferred) • Knowledge Key in system • Good command of English • Ability to work well in a team
