Jobs Description

-Schedule internal and external meetings and follow-up tasks of CEO -Responsible in controlling Finance & Audit operations in the whole business operations. -Assist on administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments composing and preparing correspondence arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings -Follow up on action points assigned by CEO to staff and report on the progress -Ensure flow of necessary information in timely and accurate manner -Take notes and prepare meeting minutes, agendas and meeting outcomes -Ensure highest level of confidentiality in terms of CEO's and Company correspondence with Internal and external clients, vendors and other key stakeholders of the company -Facilitate preparation and analysis of various reports -Other tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

-At least 3 years experiences in Financial and Auditor personal secretarial or administration task At least 2 years' proven work experiences as HR &Administrator; -Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word,Excel, Power Point, and Outlook -secretarial or administration task -Excellent communication and interpersonal skill -Be creative, proactive and result-oriented -Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skill-Excellent in English and Khmer -Keen attention to detail -Able to work under pressure and multi jobs -Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule -Honest, working hard, and quick learner -Qualified Candidates will shortlist for interviewing Benefit -Basic Salary $ 600-800 -Sales commission$0.5%-2% the hole sales price of the condo -Have 4 days off per month -Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card -Annual Leave 12days -Sick Leave 7days -Staff's Evaluation Twice per year -Staff's Birthday Note : This employee job description can be modified or amended according to the Company's needs. -Training period 2 months ( 90% of the basic salary during training period ) -Working times : 9 : 00 am to 6:00pm -This job is the service related job so require to work during weekend and public holiday
