As Financial Controller, you will ensure all accounts and financial statements are maintained in line with Alila standards and in accordance with international standard charter of accounts practices and local government regulations. You will also maximize cash flow performance – protecting the hotel’s financial interest by implementing controls for revenues, expenses and protection of assets. You will train and develop your Finance team and ensure succession plans are in place as well as build the financial awareness for managers within the hotel.   The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; *Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar *Professional experience as a Financial Controller in a 5-star property *Strong leadership qualities and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment *Good decision-making and organizational skills *Computer literate and proficient in commonly used accounting systems *Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of local Khmer language will be an advantage
