As an Executive Chef, you are responsible for planning, directing, organizing a well-assembled team of professionals to run the kitchen operations. These include the preparation and production of all food and related items by maintaining a high standard of sanitation and hygiene, while achieving the desired cost level, resulting in a profitable food and beverage operation. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; Degree in Hospitality Management or a related Culinary qualification Previous experience in culinary management in a remote, island location Passion for leadership and teamwork and a good eye for detail Experienced in all-around kitchen management, menu engineering and logistical preparation Creative and have a passion for great food!
