Jobs Description

• Perform all relevant secretarial and assisting duties including managing day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments, inter office correspondence, general documentation and filing administration support. • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post. • Compose correspondence and conduct administration work for databases. • Conduct research through telephone, websites, mail services and e-mail according to Main Duties’ inquiries. • Organize and attending meetings when necessary and ensuring that the executives are well geared up for meetings. • Deal with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes of meetings and discussion when necessary. • Organize, maintain and updating a central filing system for easy retrieval of information. • Responsible, manage and co-ordinate office administration. • Coordinate daily operation with all divisions through effective communication. • Welcome and looking after visitors in necessary. • Perform other tasks required by Managing Director.

Jobs Requirement

Position Requirement: • Minimum 2 years’ experience of secretarial experience • Good in computer skill (Ms. Word & Ms. Excel both typing Khmer and English, Internet, Email) • Honest to work independently and team work. • Strong experiences in dealing with multi-tasks • Detail-oriented, disciplined, ability to organize files and records, accurate, highly reliable, good service mind and positive attitude What we offer: • Attractive basic salary + high incentive system • 18 days of annual leave (Year 1 onward) • Meal allowance • Gasoline allowance • Mobile phone allowance • Training and ongoing learning opportunities • Career growth, challenges and unlimited opportunities.
