- Check the environment, safety and hygiene in physiochemical working area , mixing area, CIP room, and processing area. - Keep the working space clean and tidy. - Analysis the physiochemical criteria of raw materials, chemical, semi-product, finished products and authorized sample from leader. - Testing the chemical used and cleaning sysytem of processing machine. - Check recombined sample ensure they are in good quality before take them for reprocessing. - Preserve the samples for tracking analysis. - Monitoring and controlling technical paratmeter and each step production during processing - Report the results of the testing analysis to QA physio-chemical make decisions on filling in production line. - Cooperate with operator and QA leader to hanle unsuitable situations in processing. - Reprot trouble shooting immediately to QA leader with clearly explanination. - Storage chemical reagent throght regulation (5s system , MSDS) - Follow experiment tools, equipments, instruments through regulation. - Entry data in document and system and keep maintain the record - Other tasks/duties assigned by leader.

- Associated or Bachelor Degree of Chemistry or related majors. - Priority for who used to work with chemical testing, food analysis - Be able to work rotation shift (day shift and night shift) - Fresh graduate or experience are accepted - Knowledgeable of physicochemical theory and chemical analysis methods. - Ability to implement chemical and physical testing - Basic knowledge of both organic/inorganic chemical - Good communication skills and problem solving skills - Strong and be patient - Ability to read and understand specialized English documents - Good computer for Ms. word& Excel - Carefully, quickly, honestly and assertive
