Key Deliverables These are the minimum results expected from Agent, Operation Department: -To handle all import and export shipments (FCL, LCL and AIR) -To follow job instruction from team leader and to ensure smooth handling for all the shipments. -To communicate with customer, oversea partner, carriers or sub-contractor. -To update shipment daily report status. -To work comply with company SOPs and mandatory KPIs. -To update required information, events timely and accurately. -Daily problem solutions to provide best customer satisfaction. -Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs.
