Jobs Description

- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; - Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures; - Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, health, and safety; - Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; - Preparing staff handbooks; - Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; - Undertaking regular salary reviews; - Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions; - Administering payroll and maintaining employee records; - Interpreting and advising on employment law; - Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements; - Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff; - Control document and monitor all company assets (vehicles, fittings, office equipment, etc.) - Review and check contracts of company leasing - Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations - Process legal document compliance required by concerned government institutions. - Organizing storing paperwork, documents computer-based information. - Other Ad-Hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management of the company.

Jobs Requirement

- Age from 22 to 35 - Male & Female - Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related fields. - Minimum 2 years working experience in related fields. - Good in written and verbal communication skills. - Can use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. - Self-motivate; flexible; puncture; honest, hardworking with long term commitment. - Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. - Analytical problem solving ability. - Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines. - Ability to work effectively independently and in a team as required. - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensationpractices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. - Knowledge of Cambodian Labor law and rules. - Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills. - High quality of attention to details and accuracy.
