•Manage the store and its shift team and for ensuring that the store provided the highest level of customer service possible •Verify staff positioning during the shift according to the shop activity and priority •Guarantee the shop standard are in place •Ensuring correct pricing and checking expiry date •Opening and closing of the shops, beside the cash supervisor •Manage the stock counting at the end of the shift •Maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service •Work together with the shop manager evaluate all store employees
