• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads. • Female is priority • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers. • Communicate with leads via email and social media. • Answer all lead and customer question accurately. • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer question as needed. • Perform cost benefit analysis for prospective customers. • Advise on appropriate purchase and payment options. • Promote specific products as directed by upper management. • Maintain positive business and customer relationship in the effort to extend customer lifetime value. • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team. • Source and work customer referrals. • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc, thoroughly for manager review. • Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sale quotas. • Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required, relevant experience may be sufficient. • Good English, Chinese also preferable. • Impeccable customer service skills. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. • Motivated, driven attitude • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation. • Expert in time management. • Organized work ethic. • Proven track record in sales environment. • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sale quotas. • Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially powerpoints and/or white papers
