- Responsibility for management/cost accounting, management reporting, budgeting, finance, taxes - Producing and analyzing relevant financial, management and production information/reports - Liaise with external parties such as banks, external auditors, Tax Department and various other Government/Regulatory Institutions - Developing, implementing and controlling financial and administrative processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with these procedures - Ensuring continuous and timely financial/management reporting and clear communications among all related Dept that complies with company policy and regulatory authorities - Initiating and implementation of cost saving initiatives for cost reduction and performance improvement which will impact the bottom line of the business - Analyzing actual performance versus budgets and operational standards and recommending effective action plans where required. - Controlling capital expenditures - Accounts payable & receivable management and monitoring,controlling overdue accounts ( base on term & condition ) - Managing business relationship with external and internal departments/stakeholder - Other tasks assigned by director.

- A professional accounting qualification (CAT/ACCA/CPA) is preferred and it is essential that you have worked in a multicultural environment and are used to working with different nationalities - Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree and/or accountancy qualification preferred - A minimum 5 year-experience in Accounting Management - Dedicated, hands on and result driven personality - Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach - Experienced with management/financial reporting as well as proficient with cost accounting practices - Good written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese is advantages
