- Visit factory as daily activity for production management and quality check of Bag and Backpack products - Understand the detail of customer's order and convey it to the factory manager (mostly English) - Check the sample's quality submitted by factory and feedback if it has bad point - Check the production process in factory and arrange it to make better productivity - Advise to the factory about the production method following customer's order - Put eyes on production process and alert if it seems getting late - Manage and control all the purchasing activities to meet the production requirements effectively. - Make sure that all the supplier is qualified under standard before placing any purchase orders. - Ensure all the raw materials purchased which may impact to the quality of the product are conformed with standard and approved. - Evaluate the key suppliers which impact to the quality of the product on yearly basis. - Working closely with production planer and production team to forecast purchasing and production. - Coordinating details with the production department impact to the extraterritoriality acquire consignment materials and parts needed to ensure production and delivery meets deadlines. - Maintaining good relations with all existing suppliers. - Other tasks assigned by manager
