Job Description: - Manage the recruitment processes - Manage the selection and appointment of new employee, conduct interview and follow the recruitment process - Control all the leave records - Liaise with Department Heads/GM on the development of up-to-date Job Descriptions - Participate in conducting staff performance reviews/appraisals - Update all information, memo and news at the staff notice board - Management safe keeping of all the employee personal files - Other tasks may be assigned by the management
