** Position Purpose: JTI Cambodia is currently seeking for Warehouse Supervisor (5 positions based in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville and Kompong Cham). The employee will be responsible for maintaining DSO smooth operation of a fastmoving environment. The main responsibilities will be warehouse administration, stock supervision, team supervision, and process coordination at DC's branch warehouse. Responsible for the day to day management of people within the warehouse function, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. S/he will ensure the developed process is strictly controlled & followed and regularly take necessary corrective actions to improve business effectiveness and efficiency. - Work closely with Main Warehouse team to get all stocks to arrive at each Distribution Center's branch warehouse by following developed process On Time In Full; - Ensure adequate safety stock for all SKUs to avoid OOS at Branch Warehouse level; - Ensure inventory reconciliation is matched with system; - Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant stakeholders; - Support Line Manager to set up Distribution Centers' branch warehouses by following up closely with vendor; - Develop warehouse 5S visualization and implement accordingly; - Follow policy, process and compliance guidelines for branch warehouse. Ensure all are strictly implemented; - Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the warehouse operation; - Ensure stock replenishment requests are processed efficiently and that the delivery of goods meets timescales or requirements (Delivery Commitment); - Supervise and control picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage; - Execute product handling & stacking guidelines and transportation guidelines; Provide all necessary reports to relevant stakeholder; Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
