Assist on order taking, credit control, prepare credit release approval for blocking order and scheduling the trucks efficiently and effectively. Assist on depot product delivery to end customers in accordance with scheduling plan as well as agreed customer service level agreement. Assist monitoring road loading operation within depot both bulk & packed products in compliance with depot operating procedure to ensure safe manner, right quality /quantity, and right time. Issue customer invoice via the system for debit customer A/C and transferring company stock to customers. Assist monitoring contractor driver behavior and performance to ensure their effectiveness & adhering to Depot/transport regulation and road safety standard. Assist prepare month ended petty cash report and summit within agreed timelines. Assist control product movement and inventory in real time basis via the system to ensure up to date inventory, and accuracy. Assist reconcile delivery quantity (metering quantity VS system quantity) to ensure road loading integrity. Assist DS and control all depot activities safely, effectively and efficiently with regarding with legal requirement, company regulations and business requirement. Manage and control minimized truck loading cycle to maximize gantry utilization as well as truck utilization. Be response to Depot emergency plan and Road transport emergency plan to recover or minimize the consequence from any incidents may occur. Carry out any special tasks assigned by Depot Superintendent

Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field Working Experience 1-2 years with strong analytical skills Computer literacy Good command of spoken and written Lao/English. Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese would be advantage.
