Arrange the Company’s meetings; Travel arrangements for the Shareholders representatives who will attend the Company’s meetings including arranging accommodation, flight booking, transportation, meeting allowances; Prepare, keep and control meeting documents; Write and summarize the minutes of meetings; Follow up occasionally the result of incoming and outgoing correspondences issued under MD’s office work scope and report to the Line Manager; Translate documents (Lao-English) or review translated document as sometimes required; Prepare press releases, update on-going significant activities, and publish onto the Company’s website; Work under compliance with the Concession Agreement and other Company’s bylaws; Assist the Line Manager in advising and supervising the MD-office team; Support occasionally the Company’s GOL advisor in responding the governmental requirements or requests and maintain a good relationship with them; Perform works as assigned by MD-Office Section Manager or the Managing Director.

Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in English language and/ or Law (advantage); Experienced in a corporate secretary and/or legal work is preferable; Study/graduated from abroad or work experience in abroad is advantage; and Age: 30-35 years.
