- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll administration, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee welfares, and other HR matters - Administer, monitor, and continuously develop HR policies and procedures - Ensuring that the Company are in compliance with the HR Compliance standards

- Bachelor of Human Resources Management or equivalent - At least work experience at least 4 years in HR/Admin role - Interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn - Excellent interpersonal conflict settlement, compensation, Coaching, training, and motivation - Good Speaking/Read for English - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack.
