• Check cash expenditure and daily revenue report to ensure revenue & cash received or paid are correct • Holding Pety Cash and Make sure that all payments are correctly with the monthly reports. • Check A/R to ensure outstanding balance must be collected on time. • Check on payment to supplier to ensure the payment is correctly paid out. • Prepare Journal entry for monthly transactions. • Prepare fixed asset depreciation calculation. • Monthly check cash and bank balance from reconciled balance. • monthly Tax declaration. #Date Closing : 30 July 2019
