Jobs Description

- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll administration, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee welfares, and other HR matters - Administer, monitor, and continuously develop HR policies and procedures - Ensuring that the Company are in compliance with the HR Compliance standards - Managing monthly payroll processing and relevant reports

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent - Proven work experience at least 3 years in Managerial role - Familiar with insurances. Knowledgeable in all Labor Code, related Cambodian Law. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn - Possess excellent interpersonal conflict settlement, compensation, Coaching, training, and motivation - Proficient in English, knowing Chinese is more appreciated. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack. Any experienced on other HRMS is an advantage
