- Supervise other Credit Officers - Clients screening and loan appraising. - Make good relationship with our staff and clients. - Promote our institution product and service to existing and new clients. - Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status. - Interview and complete all documents and application form of the clients. - Visit and monitor clients for repayment. - Solving problem with bad clients. - Negotiate with client who is difficult to collect the money - Contact closely with local authorities and solve the problem in order to speed up the procedure. ​- Must perform other duty as assigned if it is necessary.
