**Chief Accountant (1pax **Accountant (2pax) - Handling monthly and annual tax declarations - Managing daily accounts payable and accounts receivable - Preparing monthly financial reports - Preparing balance sheets - Dealing with profit and loss sheets - Dealing with receipts, invoices and other financial transactions and keep record of them - performing other duties assigned by Manager **Accountant (Real Estate) (1pax) - Active communication with properties managers pertaining to daily operations - Control Company Properties - Monthly and year-end reconciliation and closing for assigned properties - Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements - Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation calculations - Prepare gain/loss reconciliations on asset rental/sales - Strong financial acumen and ability to understand retail real estate operating statements - Manage clients and provide client servicing support - Process an invoice and Payment collection - Perform additional duties as assigned

** Job Requirement for Chief Accountant - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant - Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant - Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred - Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures - In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Familiarity with financial accounting statements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month- end/year-end close process - Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables - Accuracy and attention to detail - Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills - Awareness of business trends **Job Requirement for Accountant - Bachelor degree in Accounting or Other equivalent Certificate - 3 years or equivalent experience of accounting - Good command of English - Computer skill ( Ms.Word, Excel,Power Point,Internet, Email..) - Can handle full set of accounting tasks - Being independent, honest, and able to pay attention to details - Fast learner and Self-Up date.
