DUTIES • Supports the homeroom teachers in providing effective learning environment • Supports an individual student/a group of students competently with minimal guidance from the teacher • Be able to cover the teachers for a short period as necessary • Assists the teachers to guide the students through encouragement/questioning/prompting to do their tasks without telling the answers or doing the tasks for them • Be able to question or explain the students at an appropriate language level for their abilities • Assists the teachers with student learning and organization • Assists students in all processes of school routines during Play Times, Showers, Breakfast Break, Lunch Break, Snack Times and After School Activities, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS • Relevant degrees/diplomas • Must be Female Cambodian National • Love to work with children • Very good knowledge of English at proficiency level (Spoken and Written) • At least 1 year working experience • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Social competence and flexibility • Willing to work in the team • Willing to learn and adapt • Enjoy working in an intercultural context ** Application Information • Smiling Gecko Cambodia provides equal opportunity for employment regardless of race, colors or religion.
