Jobs Description

DUTIES • Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating/maintaining a positive relationship with all parties. • Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally. • Assist all guests, parents or/and students to the best abilities, and to direct queries to the relevant supervisor where needed. • Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials. • Provides accurate and understandable information in-person and via phone call in a logical manner. • Contacts parents or other relevant people regarding a variety of matters when needed. • Maintains and update the parent contact sheet. • Escorts parents, guests during school times around the school and assist/perform school tours when necessary. • Performs other relevant administrative duties such as tasks for Management

Jobs Requirement

REQUIREMENTS • Qualifications: o Education appropriate to the post o Proficient in English (Verbal and written) is required o Proven work experience at least 1 year as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Secretary or a similar customer facing role o Computer literate in Windows, MS Office (or equivalent in Google Docs, etc.) • Personal Competencies and Qualities: o Possesses outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation and good communication skills o Ability to prioritize tasks based on severity/urgency level without prompting o Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team o Ability to understand, adapt and work in a multi-cultural environment o Very good organization skills o Ability to take initiative o Ability to see tasks through to completion o Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment ** Application Information • Smiling Gecko Cambodia provides equal opportunity for employment regardless of race, colors or religion.
