- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and building professional applicant sources by contacting local network, school, employment agencies, and other internet sites - Pre-evaluate applicants by learning applicant qualifications and comparing job description - Collaborate with management team for interview process, reference check, job offer, employment contract, and other necessary document - Prepare regular reports such as recruitment status report, disciplinary action, and employee movement; - Assist to strengthen the company policy implementation such as joining investigation and take action against violated behavior - Other tasks as assigned by Management
