* Responsibilities: Project planning & document control: •Coordinate site execution and interior works •Prepare schedule for interior works and for carpentry workshop •Conduct daily planning and tasks assignment and adjust based on site progress •Coordinate & control sub-contractors, material vendors, and supervise arrival of material at site •Supervise the finishing and anticipate touch-up works during the construction phase and before handover •Prepare weekly site reports •Attend weekly meetings, including client's meetings •Ensure all documents are well recorded and controlled * Manpower management: •Be responsible in managing manpower at site with efficiency versus project schedule •Record workers attendance daily at site according to time and attendance system •Conduct performance appraisal and promote staff retention Tools and material: •Survey and forecast on tools and raw material to order •Supervise the requests of materials to ensure smooth operations at site and in carpentry workshop •Control the tools and materials used at site with proper record *Technical and Safety: •Oversee technical aspects with Project Manager and be pro-active in searching/proposing solutions •Help to solve technical issues, providing advice and decisions for carpentry workshop •Create technical guidelines for daily work performance within the team •Conduct regular technical and safety training to the team to increase their work performance and responsibility
