Job Description: - Identify business needs and requirement ensure sourcing and procurement activities are delivered to meet and exceed expectations - Cooperate with order to support their efforts in the best possible way to deliver savings, achieve lowest total cost of - Participate actively in Finance teams to ensure that country issues – procurement related are addressed. - Conduct demand analysis, supply analysis, sourcing plan development, supplier selection and procurement activities for local sourcing categories in accordance with corporate guidelines. - Source and recommend quality vendors that can deliver the best value to the organization at the most cost effective way. - Validate supplier qualification, continuously monitor supplier performance, and develop service improvement plan with suppliers for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company and DHL Corporate policy and standard.

Job Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in any related field is required. - Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English & Khmer is required. - Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email) - One year of experience in related capacity - Ability to analyse past purchasing practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures. - Ability to work effectively with vendors, client departments, and the general public. - Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork. - Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
