Branding/Marketing Officer: -Campaign Planning: Plan all activities and events -Public Relations: Deals with customer complaints and issues that effect to branding which is relate to Marketing Department. -Sponsors & partners: Finds partners and sponsors to work with for advertising and promotion campaigns -Create POSM and update marketing material in store including TV content b. Event -Producing detailed planning for events (e.g.: timelines, venues, suppliers, legal, obligation, staff, budgets) and report after event. -Coordinating venue management and marketing equipment needed. -Seeking for support from departments related to gather what marketing need to make the event run smoothly. c. Procurement & Finance -Buying the best quality equipment, goods and services for marketing activities at the most competitive price. -Research for the best products and suppliers in term of best value, delivery schedule and quality. -Processing payments and invoice. -Summary the financial status of marketing budget d. Social Media -Create campaign on social media -Keep posting the artwork (movie competition, drink of the month, new drink, launching online) -Keep relation with moderator -Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
