•Daily go to collect payment from customer upon payment schedule and pass to Accountant. •Daily update Debt Collection Report and submit to Accountant. •Fill in Receipt Slip and pass to relevant persons once collected. •Assist to input and organize accounting data in QuickBooks and Excel. •Support to check all account and financial documents. •Available for bank transaction such as deposit, transfer and cash withdrawal. •Respond to issued DO and PO. •Support and follow up with Stock and Delivery Team. •Assist to purchasing the stock for inventory and office. •Perform related duties as required by manager.
