•Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale. •Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. •Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for our product condominium building •Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries. •Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentials market •Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. •Organizing events and product exhibitions. •Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

• Bachelor degree at Sale & Marketing or relevant filed • Experience at Sale & Marketing at least 1 Years • Can speak, and writing in English (Can speak Chinese is a plus) • Can use computer with word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email. • Good character and honestly • Good Communication Skill • Productions/ Productive • Able to travel at Presh Sihanouk ville.
