- Prepare vouchers and record accounting transactions in System; - Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts; - Calculate depreciation and disposal fixed asset; - Do adjustment the accounting transaction at the end of the month; - Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff; - Provide daily secretarial and administrative support - Record and update inventory list for office's property by labeling with correct code number - Control related expenditures and prepare expense report - Well manage accounting documents in file - Update all transactions into accounting system - Prepare data and document sending

-Holding bachelor degree of accounting or finance or related field; -At least two years related working experience; -Has technical accounting skills -Good communication and interpersonal skills; -Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills; -Be able to use Computer program such as Accounting System, MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email; -Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy; -Be able to speak, read, and write English or Korean;
