Responsibilities: - Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies - Create and update expense reports - Daily record revenue - Issue payment voucher and cash out - Inventory management - Direct control to restaurant - Process reimbursement forms - Seeking proof, document support - Prepare bank deposits - Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree) - Check petty cash in spreadsheets for accuracy - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed - Participate in auditing process internally and externally. - Prepared monthly report. - Other tasks assigned by manager.
