* Main Duties -Greet and issue a receipt for student -Follow up students for overdue balance -Provide general information about the department -Receive and coordinate inquiries, requests, suggestions or complaints from students, vendors, lecturers and other stakeholders to appropriate senior position in charge -Prepare daily cash reconciliation report before sending to bank -Report issues to senior staff or management of the department -Assist AR and AP team to properly get jobs done. -Deliver promotion items * Other Duties -Help other cashiers to deal with complaints or any dispute that may occur -Administer Facebook news at CamEd Accounting Office page -Perform other tasks assigned by president, CFO, FM and supervisors. -Control promotion items. * Responsibilities of Department of Finance: -Prepare annual financial statements, following IFRS, and report to president and board of trustees -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as school departments, internal and external auditor and tax authorities -Prepare annual budget and submit to president and board of trustees for approval -Maximize return on the investment of surplus assets -Maintain proper accounting records and documentation -Provide customers the latest version possible of learning materials -Keep better relationships with internal stakeholders, especially the managers or supervisors from all departments.
