- Maintenance and repair all computers, security camera, telephone and emails in Kerry Express; - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; - Liaise with users/clients and provide advice on a range of information technology problems; - Manage internal Network and Internet connections; - Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications; - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults; - Replace parts as required; - Establish a good working relationship with vendors and other professionals, such as hardware and software providers; - Test and evaluate new technology; - Build good relation with Kerry Express Team in Hong Kong and Thai; - Other related tasks;

- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or other related field, - At least 2 years working experience for the related field; - Good knowledge on hardware and Software installation; - Ability to diagnose and correct hardware and software configuration problems; - Good at English for communication; - Knowledge about system installation and network technologies; - Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills;
