Jobs Description

Job Description - Preparation of monthly and yearly financial report in accordance with the latest accounting standards. - Control all monthly and yearly report. - Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Oversee all company accounting practices, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions - Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; reconciling entries. - Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations. - Accruals, Fix-assets, revenue recognition & variance analysis. - Budgeting and forecasting and monthly management report. - Issue all accounting documents (Invoice, debit note.) - Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. - Ensure sufficient supporting document of all financial transaction. - Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. -Accurate, analytical and systematic problem-solving skills - Ensure timely month-end account closing, checking the accuracy and transparency of figures - Lead and give advice on monthly Tax Declaration (this includes VAT, Salary Tax, Withholding Tax, Profit Tax and others)

Jobs Requirement

Requirement - MBA/BA in field of Accounting, Finance or other related fields - At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position; experience with Property management and/or building services preferred (in the field of construction is plus) - Experience in implement an accounting system (Quick Book) - Good Communication & Interpersonal skills - Advanced Excel Skills and good English  - Strong numeracy, with excellent arithmetic accuracy - Ability to work independent and under pressure  - Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. - Self‐motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects - Has completed or commenced postgraduate accounting studies, eg. CAT or ACCA is advantage - Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Advance Excel) - A team leader, friendly, hardworking and flexible - Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule
