Job Description 1. Compare and select the most suitable suppliers with best value based on criteria. 2. Prepare purchase orders and send copies to supplier. 3. Responsible to all Purchasing activity in the Company and site 4. Handle on goods purchase such as procure materials of construction for each project and accessory. 5. Ensure suppliers quality and delivery timeline meeting company’s expectation and standard 6. Arrange purchasing documents and classified by month. 7. Submit final invoices to the Finance and Accounts Department 8. Ensure all Purchasing activity adhere to Company 9. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field 2. 1 year of experience in logistic and Purchase Order 3. Computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Internet and E-mail/Outlook) 4. Good in English & Khmer (chinses is advantage) 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 6. Flexible to travel 7. Be honest, Strong teamwork and able to work under pressure 8. Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings
