• Oversee the account closing process to ensure efficiency and timeliness • Prepare standard financial reports, and key financial ratios • Present financial result & position to FM & MD • Control new store project budget & do variance analysis • Update accounting policy to comply with IFRS for SME • Oversee record management & internal control • Supervise monthly & annual tax declaration and tax accounting • Prepare document & explanation for tax audit • Lead tax compliance program and comprehensive tax planning • Support the first-time implementation of POS & ERP system • Engage with external auditor, tax auditor, and tax officers

កំរិតនៃការអប់រំ (Qualification): • Bachelor of accounting, finance, and business administration, • ACCA or MBA is a plus បទពិសោធន៍ការងារ (Work Experience): • Accounting Management for 5 years • Tax Management for 3 years • Experience in international companies or audit firm is a plus ជំនាញ (Skills): *ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស (Technical Skills): • IFRS for SME • Cambodian Tax • Accounting policy & internal control • Knowledge of ERP system (Ms. Dynamic NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc) *ជំនាញទន់ (Soft Skills): • Strong leadership & interpersonal skill • Professional English • Problem solving skill
