- Update fixed asset list and status in HR & Admin department - Manage utilities consumption for Office and Accommodation. - Problem solving and day to day management of office equipment's, Cleaners and building. - Problem solving and day to day management of office driver and car arrangement. - Check and control monthly report’s gasoline/diesel of company cars was reported by Admin officer. - Issue purchase requisition (PR) for admin expenses. - Manage Canteen for all management - Arrange accommodation for staff & Management with the material, facilities standard. - Other Task assigned by HR & Admin Manager.

- Bachelor Degree of Management or related file. - 3 years up experienced as admin supervisor. - Good command in English for both writing and speaking. - Good team player, good communication and follow the work instruction. - Computer skill (Ms. word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email) ** Why join us?
