-Assist in the design of the recruitment process, including creating recruitment policies, forms, and templates, and developing recruitment methods and strategies. -Prepare job announcements of all vacancies and ensure all vacancies are filled. -Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates and make selection matrices of the selected candidates. -Conduct orientation for new employees. -Attend recruitment activities and events. -Build a professional network with recruitment agencies and follow up on vacancy status with them. -Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and employee exit reports. -Verify and follow up on any relevant hiring documents. -Perform other duties as assigned.
