- Oversee the conduct of legal research and provides legal update on modern trends on arbitration, conciliation and mediation - Provide legal advice to the company related matters - Assist with review of new contracts, agreements, services or change to existing contracts with providers - Interpret the implication of regulatory, internal policy issues for appropriate departments to ensure compliance - Serve as legal resource person on professional services projects from time to time - Serve as the company’s named representative on legal documents - Advise management team about their legal responsibilities to the company
