Report to the Head of Department 2. Meeting and Handling the request from clients (quotations, Endorsement, policy, claims, etc) 3. Review the issued document to make sure it is properly done prior to send it to the clients 4. Coordinate daily tasks of Junior and Sales Officer 5. Report the feedback from the clients to the Head of Department 6. Efficiently take care of the flow of required document processing for the clients 7. Work closely with the Head of Department, coordinate or help Junior and Sales officer in order to provide good and value added services 8. Control all the needed services by the clients and make sure it is efficiently and timely provided 9. Provide the training to the clients about the benefit of the insurance policies if requested 10. Willing to learn all insurance policies as required by the company

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance 2. Relevant working experience with General Insurance Industry is preferable 3. High commitment, be able to face the problem and efficiently solve it out 4. Effective presentation and negotiation skills, good at social-networking 5. Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team member 6. Understanding aspects of insurance and the relationship with the clients 7. Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…) 8. English language is the must and others (French/Chinese) is preferred 9. Able to assist the team efficiently
