• Ensure effective and efficient maintenance of system • Ensure senior accounts are able to handle their additional responsibilities independently • Develop and implement of key policies and procedures & process review • Delivery of timely and accurate month end closing with financial statements • Ensure strict compliance to tax laws and regulations including, but not limited to, monthly and yearly tax return and payment & new registration and renewal of licenses • Cash flow rolling forecast and management • Ensure effective budget management and control • Produce annual company plan • Produce monthly management report • Safe guard the company fixed assets, stock, and other assets • Effective risk management. • Perform monthly key account reconciliation • Lead and manage assigned team members • Provide necessary supports to relevant cross functional team • Maintain good relations with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, bank, tax authority, auditor, supplier, and customer etc. • Other tasks as necessary

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Relevant Qualification • At least 2 years experiences in accounting / finance department. • Proficiency Accounting Software • Honest, challenges, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility. • Motivated, resourceful, independent with a strong sense of professionalism. • Team work player with good analytical and be able to work under pressure.
