- Set marketing plan, Sales plan and strategies to reach clients attention - Do market research - Supervise daily operations of the showroom - Make sure all staff obey rules and regulations set by Operation Manager - Assure customer’s satisfaction and good impressions with the company’s services and products - Set goals and objectives with the internal departments and do performance appraisal regularly - Monitor and develop staff performance and skills : train, develop and monitor staff’s skill and performances Monitoring and improving subordinates’ performance and service behavior - Coordinate with internal departments & operations for serving all customer requirements - Ensure timely feedback and complain handling is efficient and achieve customer satisfaction - Provide necessary information to customers as they need - Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
