Jobs Description

- Data system entry (Sub-user & main user) - Do report daily / monthly installation Royal / Personal - Alert sms to main client lost signal GPS - Facebook Responding Message, Comment. - Prepare request for payment with the customer, collect payment, cash payback. - Administration Works (Stationary request, Setup meeting) - Hotline support with GPS main clients. - Maintain all proper documents processed for the receipt of good and suppliers - Prepare the Quotation, Invoice, Expenses, Sales closed, new connections, old clients/new clients grades, termination, vehicle booking & assignment, vehicle tracking system (GPS) and other relate department’s documents. - Assist Sale Admin Team Leader & other department in dealing with the existing customers. - Prepare daily and weekly sales report and sales GPS to the sales admin team leader and management. - Provide general administration support to Sale Admin Team Leader & General Manager as required. - Do other tasks as required by Management and Team Leader. - Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries. - Provide excellent customer service experience to all clients. - Follow-up issuance of all documents related to the GPS policy. - Prepare stock GPS report for all projects - Process document to relate department

Jobs Requirement

- Female Cambodian Citizen - Diploma/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, IT or related field - Fresh Graduate students are encouraged to apply - Good spoken and written both English and Khmer - Good communication and high self-responsibility with strong commitment in team work. - Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness - Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Internet-Email or other software is a plus). - Excellent organizational skills - Understanding of complex information and requirements - Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans - An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Hard work and willing to learn new things. - Strong commitment to achieve the job expectation. - Honesty, integrity and responsibility. - Ability to do research and reportable to work under pressure. - Pleasant personality, positive attitude.
