- Implementing the Marketing Calendar 2019 - Developing & Implementing Local Store Marketing Proposal (LSM) - Developing and Implementing New Store Opening Proposal (NSO); including inviting customer to sample quality of environment-product-service before launched and acting on their opinions - Developing and Implementing New Product Launch Proposal (NPL); including inviting customer to sample new products before launched and acting on their opinions - Updating Sales Report Daily; Weekly Sales Comparison; ""Sales US$, # Ticket, Customer spending per ticket, Number of customer per day"" - Any Marketing Action Plan issues resulting from the Weekly Business Review in relation to the brand are dealt with immediately. - Produced Consumer Pattern Report Monthly and present the recommendation will support strategy and plan: Profile of customer usage and awareness habits in the coffee shop market - Measuring Customer Sanctification in outlets every month, using the standard Customer Feedback Form and supported tools. - Presentation of Competitor Research Report/Result as part of the weekly business review: the research will cover some of elements such as; the name of top 10 competitors; the number of outlets run by each competitors; quality of environment-product-service; the location of each competitor's most recently opened outlet; a report identifying any difference in the competitor's recently opened outlet that differs from their established outlets; products that has been promoted in the competitors's outlet during the previous three months; and Details of advertising and PR campaigns that each competitor has run over the previous 3 months. - Parts of Menu Management; Using sales data to establish which products are popular so that changes to the product range will be successful in the future. - Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant company products, and preform other tasks as required by management team. - Ensuring that all himself and his team obey the workplace rules and policies of the company. - Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing plan - Work with sales team to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are aligned with sales strategy - Utilize critical market and competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition and implement the best market-penetration strategy - Manage external agencies and relationship with marketing service - Assist Marketing Manager to on relevant task on meet timeline - Other task assign by manager

Jobs Requirement

- Age 25 - 35, Male & Female - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business field or related. - At least 3-year experience in marketing and advertising. - Experience in social relationship is a plus - Implementing marketing planning and execution - Preparing proposals and yearly marketing calendar - Develop strategies for new market, Networking for new leads, Advertising,Event management,Printing & productions. - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Strong knowledge in design software: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator and Corel and more software in design - Knowledge in photography is a plus - Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus). * Preferred Skills Marketing & Leadership * Staff’s Benefit: - Received Gasoline Monthly - Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card - Annual Leave 15days - Sick Leave 7days - Private Insurance (Health, Accident and Life insurance) - Public Insurance (NSSF) - Staff’s Evaluation Twice per year - Staff’s Birthday - Annual Party - And other Special Discount from Partner Shops * HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates, please submit CV and Covering Letter with stating your current and expected salary through email or office address below.
